Pic from Owhynie flickr On Monday we had Bookmaker Toast for dinner :) Consisting of steak, egg yolk, horseradish cream, chives, toast, tomato, spinach and dijon mustard. Home made for the first time. It came out very delicious.

It was really a long time ago we had salmon last time, which is a pitty bc I love salmon. But yesterday it happened! :) I found a really nice recepy at DN.se , " Salmon sweet chili ".
